Terms & Conditions
These general terms apply to your use of this website and to inquiries submitted through it. Specific bookings are governed by the individual service agreement you sign with us, which takes precedence over these general terms.
Our services
CamrinFilms EU provides wedding photography, cinematography, and related services across Ireland, the UK, and destination locations, as described on this website.
Bookings and deposits
A booking is only confirmed once a signed service agreement and any required deposit have been received, on the terms set out in that agreement.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellation, postponement, and rescheduling terms are set out in your individual service agreement and may vary depending on notice given and season.
Intellectual property and usage rights
We retain copyright in all photographs and films we create. Clients are granted a personal-use license to their delivered images and films. We may use images from your wedding in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.
Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution, our liability for any single booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking, except where liability cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
